Adeeba has been enabling the social sector for twenty-years. She began her career in 1989 volunteering for the Black Economic Task Force in San Diego.  Her primary focus has been with community-based organizations that provide economic resources to low-income communities.     Click for Resume

As a result of her work as a Community Development Officer, she learned the power of community investment through CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) and the role financial institutions can play in providing much needed capital, organizational development and technical assistance to the social sector.

Now in her consulting and coaching practice, she enables social sector organizations and their leadership develop the capacity and capital they need to be sustainable in a global market.  Adeeba is interested in the convergence of the principles and practices of CRA, social venture capital, and leadership development to create systemic change in the sector and the world at large.  Adeeba’s philosophic foundation is from her study African Psychology, ancient Egyptian (Kemetic) Philosophy, and Conscious Business.  She sees her work in alignment with the ancient principles and seven cardinal virtues of Maat, which are: Truth, Justice, Propriety, Harmony, Balance, Reciprocity and Order.

Her vision is for her clients to release the extraordinary buried inside and awaken the Spirit within.  For them to be committed to expanding their potential to create more abundance and share that abundance with others.  For them to be the transformative force that they were meant to be.  By doing so, they become an attractor of well-being, a positive energetic participant in the world. cheapest auto insurance viagra
